By accessing or using the Site, including through any mobile application, API, chatbot, AI assistant, or related digital service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
Participating dealers are also subject to the Dealer Participation and Inventory License Agreement.
MotorMarket is an independent advertising, communications, and technology platform. MotorMarket is not a licensed motor vehicle dealer, creditor, lender, insurer, warranty provider, or party to a vehicle transaction.
MotorMarket does not act as the buyer’s or seller’s sales agent or fiduciary; take possession of or title to vehicles; independently select a vehicle for a consumer; determine or accept final transaction terms; sign transaction documents; collect vehicle purchase funds; transfer title; or bind a buyer or dealer.
MotorMarket may transmit consumer-selected inquiries and proposed terms, organize communications, and provide AI-assisted tools. Buyers and dealers remain responsible for all material decisions and complete any transaction directly with each other.

All purchasing, financing, leasing, trade-in, warranty, delivery, registration, tax, and related arrangements are made directly between the consumer and the applicable dealer or seller.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
Listings for participating dealers are provided directly by the dealer or by an inventory provider that the dealer has authorized to transmit information to MotorMarket.
Participating dealers expressly authorize MotorMarket to receive, process, format, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute their authorized inventory information for the purpose of advertising their vehicles and facilitating consumer inquiries.
The applicable dealer remains the seller and advertiser responsible for the vehicle, its availability, condition, ownership, mileage, equipment, photographs, pricing, discounts, fees, disclosures, warranty status, and compliance with applicable law.
MotorMarket may normalize, categorize, decode, reformat, or supplement listing information to improve search and presentation. MotorMarket does not independently change a dealer’s advertised price or make representations concerning a vehicle’s availability or condition.
Inventory can change without notice. Consumers must confirm the vehicle’s availability, specifications, condition, price, applicable fees, incentives, financing terms, warranty coverage, and final transaction terms directly with the dealer before making a purchase decision.
Any warranty, “as-is” status, certified status, return right, or other transaction term is determined solely by the dealer’s disclosures and the final documents executed between the dealer and consumer.
MotorMarket may use automated and artificial-intelligence tools to organize user preferences, summarize information, generate recommendations, prepare communications, and transmit inquiries or proposed terms between users and participating dealers.
These tools provide technology-assisted communications and do not independently purchase or sell vehicles, accept or reject offers, enter into agreements, or bind a consumer or dealer. No communication through MotorMarket constitutes a final sale contract unless the buyer and seller separately execute the documents required to create that contract.
Users remain responsible for reviewing material information and making their own transaction decisions. AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified.

A dealership may submit or authorize inventory for display on MotorMarket only after an authorized representative accepts the Dealer Participation and Inventory License Agreement and MotorMarket verifies the dealership and inventory source.
MotorMarket will not activate an inventory source until it has received authorization from the dealer or an authorized representative.
The dealer remains solely responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and authorization of submitted inventory. MotorMarket transmits information and communications; it cannot bind either party to a price, offer, sale, financing arrangement, or other transaction term.
When you request information about a vehicle, ask to be contacted, submit an offer, or start a communication or negotiation, MotorMarket may disclose the information you submit to the dealer or seller associated with that vehicle.
Consent for that disclosure is requested next to the relevant form or action, not solely by these Terms.

Providing a phone number on the Site does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing calls, SMS messages, or automated promotional communications.
