This Marketing Partner Application Agreement supplements the MotorMarket Terms and the Privacy Policy. It applies to each marketing agency that applies to become a MotorMarket marketing partner.
This agreement is an application. It is not the Dealer Participation and Inventory License Agreement. It does not license inventory, and it does not make the applicant a dealer.
The individual submitting the application represents that the individual is authorized to apply for the named marketing agency and to provide the information in the application.
The applicant represents that the agency name, address, contacts, and other statements in the application are accurate to the best of the applicant's knowledge at the time of submission.
Submitting this application creates an inactive marketing-agency record and sends the application to MotorMarket for review.

MotorMarket may accept, reject, or leave the application inactive. MotorMarket may ask for more information before any activation. Activation, if it happens, is a separate act by a MotorMarket platform admin.
The dealer count on the application is the applicant's statement of how many dealers the agency represents. MotorMarket does not treat that number as verified.
That count may differ from the number of dealers later linked to the agency on MotorMarket. Dealers registered before this application, and dealers that never join MotorMarket, are not counted as MotorMarket dealers.
This agreement does not grant the applicant a right to:
If MotorMarket later activates the agency, any further permission is limited to identifying the agency inside MotorMarket admin tools as a referral source. That later identification is not an inventory license and is not granted by this application.
The applicant submits business and contact information so MotorMarket can review the application and, if the agency is activated, keep the agency record.
MotorMarket may email the address on the application to confirm receipt and to ask review questions. The application is also sent to MotorMarket at join@motormarket.com.
The Privacy Policy describes how MotorMarket handles personal information in the application.
MotorMarket may refuse an application, disable an agency, or remove an agency record. Disabling or removing an agency does not delete dealers that were already linked to it. Those dealer records remain, and the referral link is cleared when the agency record is removed.
An inactive or disabled agency is not offered when a new dealer referral is assigned.
The applicant does not, by this application, register any dealer on MotorMarket. A dealer joins through MotorMarket's own dealer process and the dealer agreement.
The applicant will not submit a dealer, or a dealer's inventory, as if the applicant were that dealer.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
